I have over 3 years of experience tutoring students from the K-6th age group, creating lessons and activities for them to foster a love for learning and improvement in their grades. I have also been a volunteer in the Fullerton School District to design hands on activities for K-6th students to encourage them and better their understanding of STEM subjects. I was responsible for both designing the activities lessons, teaching the students as well as the other volunteers who also taught other students.


Genetics

I have a degree in Molecular, Cell and Developmental Biology from UCLA. I graduated as Cum Laude with both College and Departmental Honors. Genetics is one of the lower division requirements and is also frequently used in higher division classes. Moreover, I have tutored General Biology, Organismal Biology and Cell and Molecular Biology courses, all of which include a genetics section for 2 years as well as Genetics and Evolutionary Biology for a year. I also have present experience tutoring regular high school biology, honors biology and AP biology.
