I received my undergraduate degrees from Willamette University in Neuroscience and Spanish. Currently, I am working my way to achieve a master's degree in Neuroscience at University of Texas at Dallas. My love towards mathematics started in fifth grade when I had my own math tutor. I have attended a Japanese school in Los Angeles that have been approved by the Ministry of Education in Japan for 12 years. In this Japanese school, students are taught every normal school subjects (science, math, history, and Japanese) all in Japanese. During my undergraduate career, I have helped Japanese college students who came to America for study abroad with their English homework. Additionally, with my family, I speak Japanese and am proud to say that I am fluent.
During my undergraduate career, I have taken many psychology courses because of my major. As a master's student today, I am still taking psychology courses.
