I am proficient at writing.
I am certified to teach English as a Second Language. I have a firm grasp on the subject.
I passed the GRE in 2013 and have tutored others to pass as well.
I have been in elementary education for the past five years, serving as a teacher from 2012-2015, and a school librarian from 2015-2017. I taught first grade self-contained, second grade self-contained, and second grade science/social studies. As a librarian, I work with all grade levels and am familiar with PK-5th TEKS. I coached 3rd-5th grade UIL events: Dictionary Skills, Spelling, Lone Star Challenge, etc. I tutored students after school, my own and those in my care in an after-school program I co-sponsored.
I am qualified in 4 different content areas. I have assisted other teachers and librarians to pass their certification exams. I have proven results and references as well.
