Hi, there! I'm Robert, and I'm a Tidewater Community College Engineering alumni, currently pursuing dual degrees in Physics and Electrical Engineering! I love teaching and tutoring, not only for the satisfaction of seeing my students succeed, but also in learning how my students approach problems and think about them. With more than 4 years of official tutoring experience in the community college system, as well as numerous free-lance tutoring jobs, I've worked with a variety of students; hig... [more]
I tutored differential equations at local community college, and also took subject twice; once at community college for engineering degree, and once at university for math minor. Both scores were A's.
My background in physics, specifically quantum mechanics, makes extensive use of eigenvalues and eigenvectors; I also used linear algebra numerous times in my electrical engineering courses (manipulation of Kirchoffs voltage and current laws as it applies to circuits), tutored in the subject, and took a class specifically for this in my math minor.
I have experience tutoring both Circuit Analysis I and II: basic circuit concepts through Fourier series and Fourier transforms. I also have experience in Linear Systems analysis and in-depth knowledge of Electrodynamics (acquired through the pursuit of dual degrees in Physics and Electrical Engineering).
