I started coaching friends and family in 2007 before I decided to pursue training professionally. Since then I have attained titles of Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA and Senior Fitness Specialist and Corrective Exercise Specialist through the NASM. Beyond certifications, I have always been fortunate enough to be around brilliant, world-class coaches to learn from.
