As a mother of two (now grown) children, I have always enjoyed working with children. Whether I was working in the classroom as a volunteer parent, tutoring children, or creating crafts, I love working with kids of all ages. I created and taught for 8 years the theater summer programs and afterschool programs for the Murfreesboro Little Theater. I directed multiple children's and adult shows. I owned my own theater production company for 3 years and I am trained in the Stella Adler method of acting.
I graduated with a BS from Middle Tennessee State University with a degree in Sociology/Anthropology.
I spent 8 weeks in archeology field school at Bledsoe Park. I also interned for the Tennessee division of Archeology for one semester. I worked for Duvall and Associates, an archeological salvage firm, for 2 years as a field technician.
I have a BS from Middle Tennessee State University majoring with extensive coursework in Sociology and Anthropology. My Sociology skills have been used extensively during my 7 years in Human Resources.
