I took film history courses in community college and during my Bachelors in History having taken two courses during my BA related to film preservation. Growing up I watched many Black and White movies and as an Academic Researcher and College Librarian could easily find materials for film research. A recent college library request was finding the impact of the works of Cecil B. DeMille working on such a grand scale creating vast sets in the 1920s silent era. 2012-Present ? Academic Librarian (Masters in Library & Information Science) ? Organize films in the Colleges collection and archives at Barstow Community College. 2006 ? Archived old films while working for the Mission Inn Museum in Riverside, California.
