Algebra 1

I started off by tutoring incoming freshmen and distance learners in their Math courses at the University of Texas at Arlington (UTA) and I did so for the next 2 years until graduation. Now I am a Math enrichment, SAT prep, and Precalculus tutor at a learning center where I assist students of all ages in groups and individually. I love tutoring students, especially in Math because I want to show everyone how fun Math can really be once you understand the process.

Mechanical Engineering

I am a recent Mechanical Engineering graduate from the University of Texas at Arlington (UTA) with a minor in Aerospace Engineering and Mathematics. I have 2+ years of tutoring experience in Math, therefore, I'm very confident in tutoring Math. On the other hand, I have never tutored Mechanical Engineering courses but I have passed all my courses on the first try and I keep seeing a lot of students who need help in their Engineering courses and I really want to help those students out in their Engineering courses. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask me through the Wyzant messaging system. If you would just give me the name of the course and the chapters you would like to go over, I would be able to prepare in advance and help you out with your queries. I understand that some courses are just really hard and I might have a few tricks for getting through certain topics so please let me know if you need any help.

Solidworks

I have plenty of experience working with SolidWorks because it is my favorite 3D CAD software. It quickens the design and analysis process and saves you a lot of money which is why most companies are switching to this software. I learned how to use SolidWorks in my Engineering Graphics course and I also used it for many other projects in my academic career. I was a member of an RC plane and rocket team on campus and I helped model different sections of the plane's 20-foot wing. I am quite confident in my SolidWorks skills because I have used it for several projects and I would love to be able to help you out if you have any difficulties. Please do not hesitate to message me on Wyzant if you have any questions.
