I am a native of Chattanooga and a graduate of Georgia Institute of Technology with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering. I have a little over a year of previous tutoring experience in Atlanta during which times I worked middle school, high school, university, and returning-adult students. At the time of my return to Chattanooga most of my students wanted to continue working with me online rather than in-person to continue their math and test-prep tutoring. I hope to provide the same patient and ... [more]
I completed all programming requirements at Georgia Tech and focused primarily on programming using MATLAB. I have experience primarily in working with MATLAB in developing programs and performing analog signal analysis as well as some prior experience programming microcontrollers with C++.
Completed the core electrical engineering requirements at Georgia Tech including but not limited to, circuit design and analysis, digital signal processing, electromagnetics, power systems, and programming. I have experience primarily in working with MATLAB in developing programs and performing analog signal analysis as well as some prior experience programming microcontrollers with C++. Outside of this core work I primarily focused on the development of wearable medical devices with the intent of monitoring analog physiological signals.
I worked as a mathematics and science tutor throughout my time at college for students from middle school age through college as well as adult students in need of help for examinations or returning to school. During that time I worked with a number of middle and high school age students with a home school background where I both worked in conjunction with the material they were already using as well as developed supplementary programs with accessible online material in order to build their confidence and ensure that they were achieving their full potential in their education.
